Included in the repository are the following compressed folders:  Moments_models&data.zip: two-population demographic models and SFS to run in moments. Stairwayplot.zip: blueprint files for multiple mutation rates and results for StairwayPlots. TreeMix.zip: pipeline to infer population splits and mixture events from allele frequency data using TreeMix, including input files. VCF.zip: a filtered VCF file for all three-spined stickleback samples.
