This data set includes the Surface Urban Energy and Water balance Scheme (SUEWS) model run to simulate the biogenic CO2 flux in the city of Helsinki, Finland. The model is run over two year period (2019-2020) with hourly resolution with the whole city divided into 250x250 m2 grids.
