dc.descriptionStandard and maximum metabolic rate and aerobic scope datasets for Atlantic salmon juveniles. In raw data files ("xxx_bgCorrected_alldata_xx"), oxygen saturations (O2.correct) are shown in mg O2/L after correcting for background respiration.  The analysed datasets ("Analysed_xxx_data.txt"), contain values for each fish, combined with information of fixed and random effects for the models. These are the files for statistical analysis. See linked Github repository and the manuscript for details.
