The data stored is produced and owned by the Cell communication laboratory led by principal investigator Kari Vaahtomeri (Faculty of Medicine, University of Helsinki). We study fundamental mechanisms of lymphatic system-mediated adaptive immunity, specifically how lymphatic endothelium instructs leukocytes in antigen transport and presentation. The stored data comprises raw image data and the associated image and numerical analysis files. Most of the data is published (Vaahtomeri et al. 2021 Frontier in Immunology; Ucar et al. 2023 Nature Communications; Liaqat et al. 2024 The EMBO Journal). The stored data also contains high quality raw data from ongoing studies. The file formats include: .docx; .xlsx; .tiff; .jpg, .ims; .pzfx. The data is accompanied by a document describing the experiment.
