University of Helsinki data storage systems include metadata for those datasets that are not yet, or cannot be, published elsewhere. The storage systems cover, for example, the group disk space (P drive), cloud, and data lake. If you wish to submit the metadata of your unpublished dataset and get a DOI for it, you can do it by filling in the submission form.
